Recruitment

(1)

To recruit a volunteer or student intern, a position description proposal will be written and submitted to the appropriate manager for approval.

(2)

A position description proposal will be submitted by the manager to the volunteer coordinator who will secure a decision concerning approval.

(3)

Volunteers and student interns who best meet program needs will be recruited from all ethnic, cultural, and economic segments of the community.

(4)

Any volunteer or student intern who leaves the program will return his/her ID card to the volunteer coordinator.
