Definitions


The definitions in OAR 340-200-0020 (General Air Quality Definitions) and this rule apply to this division. If the same term is defined in this rule and 340-200-0020 (General Air Quality Definitions), the definition in this rule applies to this division. Definitions of boundaries in this rule also apply to OAR 340 divisions 200 through 268 and throughout the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan adopted under 340-200-0040 (State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan).
