Motor Vehicle Inspection Boundary Designations

In addition to the area specified in ORS 815.300 (Exemptions from requirement to be equipped with pollution control system), pursuant to 468A.390 (Designation of areas of the state subject to motor vehicle emission inspection program), the following geographical areas are designated as areas within which motor vehicles are subject to the requirement under 815.300 (Exemptions from requirement to be equipped with pollution control system) to have a Certificate of Compliance issued pursuant to 468A.380 (Licensing of personnel and equipment) to be registered or have the registration of the vehicle renewed.

Portland Vehicle Inspection Area;

(2)

Medford-Ashland AQMA.
