Designation of Nonattainment Areas

The following areas are designated as Particulate Matter Nonattainment Areas:

(1)

The Oakridge Nonattainment Area for PM10 is the Oakridge UGB as defined in OAR 340-204-0010 (Definitions).

(2)

The Klamath Falls Nonattainment Area defined in OAR 340-204-0010 (Definitions).

(3)

The Oakridge Nonattainment Area for PM2.5 is defined as a line from Township 21 South, Range 2 East, Section 11 (northwest corner), east to Township 21 South, Range 3 East, Section 11 (northeast corner), south to Township 21 South, Range 3 East, Section 23 (southeast corner), west to Township 21 South, Range 2 East, Section 23 (southwest corner) connecting back to Township 21 South, Range 2 East, Section 11 (northwest corner).
NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040 (State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan).
