Servicing Transactions

A dishonest, fraudulent or illegal practice or conduct under ORS 59.865 includes, but is not limited to, the following conduct by a person in connection with a mortgage loan:


Failing to disclose that the lender may sell the loan to another party.


Failing to provide to borrowers an annual statement of the account of the borrower showing the unpaid principal balance of the mortgage loan at the end of the immediately preceding 12-month period, the interest paid during such period, the amounts deposited into escrow and the amounts disbursed from escrow during the period.
