Administration

(1)

The Commission shall be responsible for the administration of this program.

(2)

The Commission shall be responsible for making such rules as are required for the administration of the program.

(3)

The Commission, in consultation with the Office of Rural Health and the Oregon State Board of Nursing, shall develop criteria to select program participants from the pool of eligible applicants.

(4)

The Oregon Board of Nursing, in consultation with the Office of Rural Health, shall adopt criteria by rule to determine the “nursing critical shortage areas” for the purposes of this program.
