Supported employment post-employment services

(1)

Shall be only those needed services that are unavailable from an extended services provider; and

(2)

Shall meet rehabilitation needs that do not require a complex and comprehensive provision of services (34 CFR §361.46(c)); and

(3)

Shall be limited in scope and duration (34 CFR §361.5(c)(42)).
