Method of Advertising Mediation Services

(1)

The coordinator shall prepare and publish informational material describing the mediation programs, including but not limited to description of the mediation services, costs to participants, hourly fees charged by mediator or mediator service, background information on mediators, manner of application and other information.

(2)

Information material shall be posted on the Department’s website and distributed to agricultural organizations and any other entity who make a request for such materials.

(3)

The coordinator may use other appropriate means of advertising of the mediation program, including but not limited to, print and electronic media, posters and other means of public information.
