Reporting Procedures

(1)

The coordinator will prepare for the Director of Agriculture an annual evaluation report.

(2)

The coordinator will prepare the evaluation report to reflect the mediation activities for the fiscal year.

(3)

The coordinator shall keep documents according to the retention schedule and in accordance with the exemptions from public records disclosure under ORS 192.345 (Public records conditionally exempt from disclosure)(16).
