Purpose and Scope

(1) The purpose of Division 023 is to provide for management of sport fisheries in the Columbia River Zone and in the Snake River Zone over which the State has jurisdiction.
(2) Division 023 incorporates by reference the 2021 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations. Therefore, persons must consult the 2021 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations in addition to Division 011 and Division 023 to determine all applicable sport fishing requirements for the Columbia River Zone and the Snake River Zone.
