Applicability

OAR 635-425-0000 (Purpose) through 635-425-0050 (Applicability of Existing Laws) apply whenever the use of explosives is desired in the course of removing any obstruction in any waters of this state, in constructing any foundations for dams, bridges or other structures, or in carrying on any trade or business.
