Conformance with Regulations and Industry Codes

(1)

All work in connection with the facility or operation authorized by the permit shall be done in a neat and workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of the DM, and the details of construction of the same shall conform to the established rules and regulations now in effect or which may hereafter be put in effect by the Public Utility Commissioner of the State of Oregon, the Oregon State Board of Health or other governmental agencies having regulatory authority over said facility. In the event the above agencies do not prescribe standards, then the appropriate industry codes shall apply.

(2)

The DM may specify requirements in addition to those listed in these rules when it is deemed necessary to adequately protect the public.
