OAR 813-055-0001
Purpose

OAR chapter 813, division 55, is promulgated to carry out the allocation of monies deposited in the General Housing Account and to carry out the account’s purpose of meeting critical housing needs, building the organizational capacity of affordable housing partners throughout the state, and requiring equitable distribution of resources over time based on objective measures of need. Additional policies and instructions are outlined in the General Housing Account Program (GHAP) Manual dated July 1, 2016 (the “GHAP Manual” or “Manual”), incorporated herein by reference. The Manual may be accessed online at the department’s website.
