Charges

(1)

An applicant requesting General Housing Account funds shall pay an application fee or charge as may be required by the department.

(2)

An applicant or owner of a multifamily affordable housing development project that receives GHAP assistance shall pay a monitoring fee or charge as may be required by the department.

(3)

The applicant or owner of a project that receives GHAP assistance shall pay such other charges with respect to the department’s anticipated costs and expenses of administration as the department may require.
