Residential Prevailing Wage Rate Determinations

Pursuant to ORS 279C.815 (Determination of prevailing wage), the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries has determined that the wage rates stated in the following residential rate determinations are the prevailing rates of wage for workers upon said public works projects for the periods of time specified:

Copies of the rates referenced in section (1) of this rule are available from any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the Bureau of Labor and Industries. The offices are located in Eugene, Portland and Salem. Copies may also be obtained from the Prevailing Wage Rate Coordinator, Prevailing Wage Rate Unit, Wage and Hour Division, Bureau of Labor and Industries, 800 NE Oregon Street #1045, Portland, Oregon 97232; (971) 673-0839.
