Program Implementation Manual


(1)

A Program Implementation Manual will be developed jointly by the Program Administrator and Commission Staff through a public process and adopted by Commission order.

(2)

The Program Implementation Manual will describe and inform the roles of the Program Administrator, the Low-Income Facilitator, and Commission Staff in implementing the Community Solar Program.

(3)

The Commission may, upon request or on its own motion and after notice and opportunity for public comment, amend the Program Implementation Manual upon a finding of good cause.
