Definitions

As used in OAR 863-030-0050 (Definitions) to 863-030-0080 (Promotional Programs), unless the context requires otherwise:

“Commissioner” means the Real Estate Commissioner.

(2)

“Agency” means the Real Estate Agency.

(3)

“Accommodation,” “assessment,” “common expenses,” “developer,” “facility,” “managing entity,” “negotiate,” “purchaser,” “owner,” “seller,” “timeshare,” “timeshare agreement,” “timeshare period” and “timeshare plan” have the meaning given those terms in ORS 94.803 (Definitions for ORS 94.803 and 94.807 to 94.945).
