Promotional Programs

In conjunction with the filing required by OAR 863-030-0060 (Filing with Commissioner), the developer shall maintain and store an outline of any promotional program prepared by the developer for the sale of the timeshare plan, for a period of two years following the date of the initial use of the promotional program or a statement that no such program has been prepared. “Promotional program” includes, but is not limited to, the methods of marketing to be employed, including but not limited to sweepstakes, lodging certificates, gifts, awards, premiums, discounts, drawings or contests.
