Presales of Timeshare Plans

In cases where timeshare sales agreements are executed before the timeshare property is ready and available for use by the purchaser for the timeshare period bargained for in accordance with the timeshare instrument, the developer shall comply with ORS 94.873 (Escrow account) to 94.905 (Surety bond) in making such sales.
