Qualifications for Persons Performing Plumbing and Medical Gas Systems Plan Reviews

Plumbing plan reviews shall be conducted only by persons with the appropriate division plumbing inspector or limited plumbing inspector certification. Medical gas systems plan reviews shall be conducted only by persons with the appropriate division plumbing inspector certification and a current and valid medical gas inspector certification as defined in OAR 918-695-0410 (Certification for Medical Gas Plumbing Inspectors). Persons employed for purposes of enforcing the requirements of other administrative agencies are exempt from this rule.
