Severability


§5.01. Severability. Any section of ORS 127.800 (Definitions) to 127.897 (Form of the request) being held invalid as to any person or circumstance shall not affect the application of any other section of ORS 127.800 (Definitions) to 127.897 (Form of the request) which can be given full effect without the invalid section or application.
