Definitions for ORS 403

As used in ORS 403.500 (Definitions for ORS 403) to 403.542 (Contracts with United States):

(1)

“County” means the county in which all or a portion of the district is located.

(2)

“County board” means county court or board of county commissioners of the county.

(3)

“District” means a radio and data district formed under ORS 403.500 (Definitions for ORS 403) to 403.542 (Contracts with United States).

(4)

“District board” means the governing body of a district. [2009 c.584 §1]
