Upon filing a report under ORS 444.110 (Complaint), the judge exercising jurisdiction under ORS 419B.100 (Jurisdiction) or 419C.005 (Jurisdiction) shall:

Fix a day for a hearing upon the complaint.

At the hearing of the complaint, evidence may be introduced. The child shall also be provided with proper and sufficient clothing. [Amended by 1967 c.534 §25; 1993 c.33 §352; 2007 c.70 §255]
