Application Fees

(1)

Each application for a forage lease (including renewals) must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee payable to the Department in the amount of $250.

(2)

An application for the Department’s approval of a sublease or assignment of a forage lease must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of $250 payable to the Department.

(3)

An application for a livestock-trailing permit must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of $50.
