Wigwam Waste Burners: Existing Administrative Agency Orders

The provisions of OAR 340-234-0100 (Wigwam Waste Burners) supersede any specific existing agency orders directed against specific parties or persons to abate air pollution.

NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040 (State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan).
