Rule Rule 411-320-0010
Statement of Purpose

The rules in OAR chapter 411, division 320 prescribe general administrative standards for the operation of a community developmental disabilities program (CDDP).

A CDDP providing developmental disabilities services under a contract with the Department is required to meet the basic management, programmatic, and health, safety, and human rights regulations in the management of the community service system for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

These rules prescribe the standards by which the Department provides services operated by the CDDP, including but not limited to eligibility determination and adult protective services.
