Inspections and Investigations


(1)

All services covered by these rules must allow the following types of investigations and inspections:

(a)

Quality assurance, certification, and on-site inspections;

(b)

Complaint investigations; and

(c)

Abuse investigations.

(2)

The Department or the designee of the Department, the Oregon Health Authority, or proper authority must perform all inspections and investigations.

(3)

Any inspection or investigation may be unannounced.

(4)

A plan of correction must be submitted to the Department for any non-compliance found during an inspection under this rule.
