Revocation or Denial of Approval of Sole Service Provider Designation

(1) Approval of a request for designation as a sole service provider is at the Chief Officer’s discretion.
(2) The Chief Officer may deny, revoke, or refuse to renew designation for any of the reasons set forth in OAR 415-054-0475 (Nonrenewal, Suspension, and Revocation of Certification) or due to a finding that the county has more than one Division approved DUII services provider.
