Activity Areas

(1)

Each OYA facility will designate an area(s) appropriate for the conduct of approved religious activities.

(2)

All areas are subject to search in accordance with OYA rule, policy, and procedure, and in a manner that reflects an awareness of and sensitivity to individual religious beliefs and practices.
