Recovery of Grant Funds

(1)

Participant museums who fail to complete approved projects to the Commission’s satisfaction shall return all unexpended grant funds.

(2)

Participant museums must maintain records adequate for audit purposes for a period of not less than five years after project completion and shall reimburse the commission for any costs disqualified through audit findings.
