Recovery of Grant Funds

(1)

Participants who fail to complete approved projects to the Commission’s satisfaction must return all unexpended Grant funds.

(2)

Participants shall maintain records adequate for audit purposes for a period of not less than five years after project completion and must reimburse the Commission for any costs disqualified through audit findings.
