Immunity of Individuals Making Reports in Good Faith


(1)

Any individual who makes a good faith report and who had reasonable grounds for making the report shall have immunity from civil liability with respect to having made the report.

(2)

The reporter shall have the same immunity in any judicial proceeding resulting from the report as may be available in that proceeding.

(3)

An individual who has personal knowledge that an employee or former employee of the adult was found to have committed abuse is immune from civil liability for the disclosure to a prospective employer of the employee of known facts concerning the abuse.
