Assessor to furnish statement of assessed valuation of property in territory to be annexed

When a change of the boundaries of a city through the annexation of territory is proposed pursuant to ORS 199.410 (Policy) to 199.519 (Effective date of boundary change), or 222.111 (Authority and procedure for annexation) to 222.180 (Effective date of annexation) or city charter, the assessor of the county or counties wherein the territory to be annexed is located, shall furnish upon official request within 20 days, a statement showing for the current fiscal year the assessed valuation of the taxable property in the territory to be annexed.
