Definitions for ORS 224.010 to 224.170

As used in ORS 224.010 (Definitions for ORS 224.010 to 224.170) to 224.170 (Certain laws and charter provisions applicable to property beyond city limits), unless the context requires otherwise:

(1)

“City” means any incorporated city or town.

(2)

“Council” means the council or other municipal authority of a city.
