Criminal penalties

(1)

A person who violates ORS 418.255 (Inspection and supervision), 418.290 (Child placement by nonresident) or 418.300 (When child placement by private persons prohibited) commits a Class D violation.

(2)

A person who violates ORS 418.630 (Foster home must be certified as approved) commits a Class B misdemeanor.

(3)

Violation of ORS 418.215 (Child-caring agency to be licensed, certified or authorized), 418.250 (Supervision of child-caring agencies) or 418.327 (Licensing of private residential boarding schools) (4) is a Class A misdemeanor. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
