As used in ORS 526.305 (Definitions for ORS 526) to 526.370 (Seeding agreements as condition of supervision of burning on forestlands), unless the context requires otherwise:

(1)

“Committee” means a forestland classification committee.

(2)

“Governing body” means the board of county commissioners or county court of a county, as the case may be. [1965 c.253 §33; 2009 c.69 §3]
