Regulation of Medicine, Podiatry and Acupuncture ORS 677.355 “Artificial insemination” defined Text Annotations As used in ORS 109.239 (Rights and obligations of children resulting from assisted reproduction) to 109.247 (Application of law to children resulting from assisted reproduction), 677.355 (“Artificial insemination” defined) to 677.370 (Eligibility to be donor) and 677.990 (Penalties) (3), “artificial insemination” means introduction of semen into a woman’s vagina, cervical canal or uterus through the use of instruments or other artificial means. [1977 c.686 §1] Note: 677.355 (“Artificial insemination” defined) to 677.370 (Eligibility to be donor) and 677.990 (Penalties) (3) were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 677 or any series therein by legislative action.
