Extension of Time for Obligated Measures

The institution may, if needed, request an extension of the completion date of an obligated measure or measures contracted in accordance with OAR 330-068-0025 (Obligated Measures). Such request must be submitted in writing, no later than 45 days prior to the approved completion date previously stated in the appropriate table, and shall contain the requested extension date and the reasons therefor. The Department shall notify the institution in writing, prior to the previous completion date, if the request has been granted, if a portion of the requested extension has been granted, or if the request has been denied.
