Requirements for developmental disabilities programs and support service brokerages


(1)

Each community developmental disabilities program and support service brokerage shall have:

(a)

A written management plan that governs the program’s or brokerage’s operating structure, goals and activities; and

(b)

A developmental disability advisory committee.

(2)

A person with an intellectual or developmental disability who is served by a support service brokerage, and the person’s family members, shall have an opportunity for a formal, significant, continuing role in advising the support service brokerage regarding the design, implementation and quality assurance of the support service brokerage. Note: 430.664 (Requirements for developmental disabilities programs and support service brokerages) was added to and made a part of 430.610 (Legislative policy) to 430.695 (Treatment of certain receipts as offsets to state funds) by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein.
