Interference with project prohibited


Except for activities or projects authorized by a unit of municipal, state or federal government, no person shall disturb, damage, destroy or interfere with the operation of a salmon and trout enhancement project referred to in ORS 496.450 (Application for project). [1989 c.940 §2]

Fish and Wildlife Commission has statutory authority to provide by rule for is suance of special ceremonial hunting permits for specific tribes that are not otherwise allowed under hunting and fishing agreement between federal and state governments and that tribe.
