Fees


(1)

In the administration of ORS 537.505 (Short title) to 537.795 (ORS 537.505 to 537.795 supplementary) and 537.992 (Civil penalties), the Water Resources Commission shall collect in advance, the fees set forth in ORS 539.081 (Fees for registration statement or statement and proof of claim) for any service similar to any of those referred to in ORS 539.081 (Fees for registration statement or statement and proof of claim).
