The failure of a landscape contracting business to comply with the provisions of this section and ORS 279C.800 (Definitions for ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870) to 279C.870 (Civil action to enforce payment of prevailing rates of wage), 656.021 (Coverage exception for laborers under contracts with construction and landscape contractor licensees), 657.665 (Confidentiality of information), 670.600 (Independent contractor defined), 671.525 (Applicant for landscape contracting business license required to be independent contractor), 671.530 (Licensing requirements) and 671.575 (License required to obtain judicial or administrative remedy) or to be in conformance with the provisions of ORS 279.835 (Definitions for ORS 279.835 to 279.855) to 279.855 (Entities that may obtain goods and services through Oregon Department of Administrative Services) or ORS chapter 279A, 279B, 279C, 316, 571, 656 or 657 is a basis for suspension of the landscape contracting business license, revocation of the landscape contracting business license, refusal to issue or reissue a landscape contracting business license, assessment of a civil penalty as set forth in ORS 671.997 (Civil penalties for violations of ORS 671.510 to 671.760) or a combination of these sanctions.

Any action against a landscape contracting business under this section shall be conducted in conformance with the provisions of ORS 183.413 (Notice to parties before hearing of rights and procedure) to 183.497 (Awarding costs and attorney fees when finding for petitioner).
