Eligibility

To be eligible to purchase a share in Scoreboard and win a prize, an individual must:

(1)

Be 21 years of age or older;

(2)

Have a player account that complies with all the requirements as described in OAR 177-046-0022 (Player Account); and
(3) Not be prohibited by law, contract, policy, or administrative rule from playing Lottery games.
