Individual Assessment and Evaluation

Each Program must meet the following standards pertaining to Individual assessment and evaluation:

(1)

The program must develop and implement a written procedure for assessing medical and psycho -social factors and evaluating each individual’s stabilization needs as soon as the individual is able.

(2)

The procedure must specify that the assessment and evaluation be the responsibility of a member of the treatment staff.
