Pre-Opening Modification or Withdrawal of Bids

(1)

Bid Modifications. Once submitted, bids may be modified in writing prior to the time and date set for the bid opening. Such modifications shall be in writing, shall clearly explain the error and item to be corrected, shall be signed by the person entering the original bid, and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope.

(2)

Bid Withdrawals. Once submitted, bids may be withdrawn prior to the time and date set for the bid opening.
