Late Bids, Late Withdrawals, and Late Modifications

(1)

Definition. Any bid received after the time and date set in the Notice of Timber Sale for receipt of bids is late. Any request for bid withdrawal or modification received after the time and date set for bid opening is late.

(2)

Disposition. At the discretion of the STATE, no late bids, late modifications, or late withdrawals shall be considered.
