Civil penalty procedure

  • disposition of penalties


(1)

Any civil penalty under ORS 244.350 (Civil penalties) or 244.360 (Additional civil penalty equal to twice amount of financial benefit) shall be imposed in the manner prescribed by ORS 183.745 (Civil penalty procedures).

(2)

All penalties recovered under ORS 244.350 (Civil penalties) and 244.360 (Additional civil penalty equal to twice amount of financial benefit) shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the General Fund.
