Use of fees


The moneys received under ORS 92.305 (Definitions for ORS 92.305 to 92.495) to 92.495 (Cease and desist order) and this section shall be paid into the State Treasury and placed to the credit of the General Fund in the Real Estate Account established under ORS 696.490 (Real Estate Account). [Formerly 92.820]
