Civil penalty


(1)

In addition to any other penalties provided by law, the Real Estate Commissioner may impose a civil penalty for violation of the provisions of ORS 92.305 (Definitions for ORS 92.305 to 92.495) to 92.495 (Cease and desist order). No civil penalty shall exceed $1,000 per violation.
