ORS 92.105
Time limit for final action by city or county on tentative plan


The governing body of a city or county or its designate is subject to the provisions of ORS 215.427 (Final action on permit or zone change application) or 227.178 (Final action on certain applications required within 120 days) in taking final action on an application for approval of a tentative plan for a subdivision or partition located within an acknowledged urban growth boundary.
